2. What data we collect
This is a static website: no user accounts, no forms, no comments. We do not collect browsing data ourselves. The only personal data we may process is the email you voluntarily send us, which we use solely to reply and never share with third parties.
3. Cookies and third-party widgets
Pages embed GetYourGuide booking widgets (iframes). When they load, GetYourGuide may set its own cookies and process data under its policy: getyourguide.com/privacy_policy. Links to GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout are direct affiliate links carrying tracking parameters, with no redirects of our own: when you open one, that platform sets its own cookies on its site under its own policy. If you book, the platform you buy from is the controller of your purchase data.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over any data you have sent us by writing to info@entradas.barcelona. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
